Our Mission: "Improving the Business of Bluegrass".

As Alumni we are graduates of the IBMA's Leadership Bluegrass program, sponsored and conducted by the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA).
As such we are Representatives of the International Bluegrass Music Community.

It is through these pages that we hope to provide the Alumni with up-to-date information regarding Alumni events and activities; such as our annual Leadership Bluegrass Reception and Leadership Bluegrass Master Class held during the IBMA World of Bluegrass Business Conference & Trade Show held each fall in Raleigh, NC
